· Please read and confirm that you have read and understand the terms and conditions
of the Hire of the Skittle Alley. Please sign and return with your Booking Form.
· Please return the Booking form with your non-returnable deposit of £25
Please confirm that we have your booking details correct.
Charges include delivery set up and collection (when applicable)
· Whilst in your possession it must be supervised at all times.
· All users of the Skittle Alley must abide with the conditions of this Disclaimer.
· The Hirer or Hirers organization are responsible for the alley whilst in their possession, please can you
advise all participating players to read the Terms and conditions and disclaimer which will be displayed at the buffer end of the alley.
· Due to High Costs of replacements - All Losses and damages must be paid for
· Ball Replacement is charged at £30 each
· Skittles replacement is charged at £35 each
· Mobile Skittle Alley or any of their representatives are NOT responsible for the safety of any persons using the alley.
· Whilst the alley is at your chosen venue, it is the organizers, or organizers associations responsibility to ensure the safety of any person using the Skittle Alley.
· All users of the equipment are bound by the terms and conditions.
· IMPORTANT NOTICE
The ball must be thrown before the black line on the skittle alley.
The Throwers feet must be in contact with the skittle alley at all times.
Accidents can happen, however Mobile Skittle alley can accept NO responsibility
or liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, howsoever caused, or for the negligence of the hirer in the absence of Mobile Skittle Alley or its associates.
It is adviseable that the Hirer/organization has Adequate Public Liability Insurance.
IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE FEW SIMPLE AND COMMON SENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT PLAY ON THE ALLEY
Further Mobile Skittle Alley and its Associates will not provide liability coverage or any other type of insurance for this hire.
Mobile Skittle Alley reserve the right to change these terms and conditions, Your representative may be asked to sign again on the day of the venue.
