Nominate a referee and agree on play.
Divide all the available players into teams of appropriate numbers.
Eg. If 40 people are present, have 8 teams of 5

Each player has three throws (hence the three balls.)
If all the skittles are knocked down they are replaced until three lives are used and total entered (maximum score 27)
Progress through the teams and aim for 5 rounds each team.
Play off the two highest scoring teams.
Each player should be behind the throwing line before releasing the ball
All balls MUST be bowled underarm and should NOT bounce.
After each throw remove the skittles that have fallen into the buffer area of the alley
If there is time try the killer game.
Placing the skittles back and let each player have one bowl at the skittles
If the first player knocks only two skittles down then the second player gets a go at the remaining skittles, when all the skittles are down put them back and carry on. If a player fails to knock any skittles down they are out of the game. The winner is the person who knocks down at least one skittle every time they bowl a ball.
To raise extra funds put a bottle of spirit on the alley and get every one to toss coins, the thrower of the closest coin wins the bottle (leave this game until last).
